CLEVELAND, Ohio (August 3, 2016)—Compass Health Brands is pleased to announce the acquisition of Meridian Medical, a leading manufacturer and supplier of gel overlays, seating/positioning cushions, therapeutic support surfaces, lymphedema systems and respiratory products. Terms of the purchase are not being disclosed.
